Fulfilling their Potential - The Improvement Framework

This Improvement Framework has been developed with input from ASCEL and the National Youth Agency to help public libraries to improve their provision for young people so that they can deliver improved services for 11-19 year olds.

When you download the FtP Improvement Framework you can work through it online to identify the development needs of your service.

Within the Framework are links to TRF website sections which will take you to the resources and case studies relevant to each FtP development area. 

In addition, you can work through the Fulfilling their Potential Learning Pathway, which takes you through all the relevant sections of the TRF website to address Fulfilling their Potential service and skills development issues.
