Best Practice

One of the best things about HeadSpace is that if you go into a library you can get suggestions from someone. Adults aren’t always on the same level, but if you can talk to someone of your own age, then they can help you to find something that will be suited to you.

Welcome to the TRF Learning Pathway for HeadSpace projects.

This section is a 'How To' guide for implementing the HeadSpace project. These pages will guide you along a learning pathway through the TRF website and HeadSpace project resources which are most relevant to your work in establishing the HeadSpace project locally.

You can work through this pathway in sequence or you can select from the pathway the sections which you particularly want to focus on.
It is recommended that you use the learning materials on these pages with the support of a team or local steering group of colleagues, partners and young people with whom you can

  • Discuss issues and activities
  • Record your progress
  • Identify local training needs
  • Develop and follow project action plans

By using these support materials you will
