While each scenario focuses on a particular core skill you will see that other skills are bound to link in.

There is not usually a simple correct response to these scenario situations but lots of experience and learning to gain on the way!

Each of these scenarios is designed for all library staff at any level to work through. Even in those which may not relate completely to your responsibilities you will probably find information and advice which is useful and relevant.
