At the centre of your advocacy strategy is your key message.
This should be simple so that people remember it, respond to it and use it. It should be easily adapted for various audiences - eg. parents, teachers, politicians, business people.
For each audience you will need stories and statistics which address their needs and points of view.
What do you want from each target audience? Give them a clear idea of how they can give their support.
